In this Rainbow Mountain Peru Day Trip, we’ll take you up to see Peru’s famous 7 colored mountains. Years upon years of history have caused these mountains to be naturally tinted in an awe-inspiring rainbow-like pattern due to different minerals in the sedimentary layers. On the Rainbow Mountain Day Tour, you’ll see all kinds of colors, including shades of terra cotta, turquoise, lavender, and even gold. Requiring a certain level of fitness, the Rainbow Mountain hike is a relatively strenuous hike that takes around an hour and a half. Since our tours consist of small groups whenever possible, we can go at your pace and take our time if needed.
